As you may be aware of, the government has issued new regulations for the precious metal, jewelry, pawnbroker, and mining industries under Section 352 of the USA PATRIOT Act. These new regulations came into effect on January 1, 2006.
Within this web-page you will find items to help you be informed and compliant. Please read the pdf file titled USA PATRIOT Act. This will answer many of the questions you may have about the act and how it applies to your industry, your company, or you as an individual.
Once you have reviewed the USA PATRIOT Act, print and complete the Business Account Worksheet. This worksheet requests certain information that is mandated by the government for us to do business with you. Upon completing the worksheet, please mail it to our post-office box.
